WHITSUNDAY GREEN VILLAGE

The Whitsunday Green Village (“Village”) has been designed from the ground up for the young at heart. It’s reserved for active over 55’s only. It’s a first for Airlie Beach and nothing like it currently exists in the entire region.

Eventually, approximately 150 freestanding, villas will rise within easy walking or golf cart distance of the Club facilities next door. The first 15 villa packages are progressing and will be offered off the plan to registered interest in due course.

Each villa is designed with the living areas and decks looking out to maintenance free ‘greenspace’ and or adjoining Club facilities. None can ever be built out!
