Future plans will constantly evolve due mainly to changes in market tastes, regulatory requirements and technology advances. All we can say is that our forward master-planning is flexible and easily adaptable.

Currently we see a future where many distinctly different residential communities will carefully emerge around a new town centre, more golf holes and well over 100 hectares of permanently reserved parks and nature reserves.
